“My illustrations explore themes of anxiety and self-expression through surreal and abstract imagery. Inspired by comics and old illustrative ink works, I find the use of repetitive, rhythmic lines creates a sense of claustrophobia in my work, emulating the overwhelming sensation emotions can have on us.”
